  1. SALES ENGINE

Responsibilities:

  1. Create annual sales plan and action plans to achieve sales targets
  2. Maintain relationships with dealers, leasing company and customers by regular visit, tele-conversation, etc., including competitor user and rural business owner.
  3. Negotiate dealer order, sales program and contract terms
  4. Track the status of orders and deliveries daily.
  5. Follow-up dealer overdue payments, and make sure for the settlement.
  6. Searching for new prospect market
  7. Collect market information, competitor activity and analysis for assigned products from time to time
  8. Make technical presentations and business prospect analysis to inform to our targeted customer
  9. Promote after-sales support services to customer.
  10. Support promotion team on product demonstration and marketing events, dealer gathering, product exhibition, etc.
  11. Provide information to Head Office to improve product based on customer complain and input.
  12. Provide product knowledge training to dealer sales team and customers
  13. Provide general weekly and monthly sales reports to YPD Branch Head and Commercial Business Manager
  14. Any other duties as assigned by the management.

 Competencies Required:

  1. Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer.
  2. Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with customers
  3. The ability to make sound decisions, include on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions; weighing customer satisfaction and the ability to think through and rationalize decisions.
  4. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to achieve sales targets and customer service goals
  6. Familiar with local government rules and regulations
  7. Self-starter, ability to work independently
  8. Professional attitude, ability to be proactive, anticipate and prioritize required actions
  9. Result driven, high sense of integrity and transparency
  10. Good English skill
  11. Good computer skill (Microsoft office)

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  1. Minimum diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture Mechanization, or in relevant fields
  2. Minimum of 3-years’ experience as sales supervisor
  3. Good knowledge of Sales policies and regulations in Indonesia
  4. Prior experience in Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage

  2. Division/Department: Business and Operation / Commercial Business
  3. Work Location: YADIN BRANCH OFFICE (YPD)
  4. Type of Position: Full-Time
